The gap between a signature and a signed agreement.

Signing is the easy part. Verified eSign builds the flow around it: the form, the right signers in the right order, and proof that holds up under eIDAS.

  1. Legally binding

Legally binding under eIDAS, from simple to qualified signatures, with a full trail behind every one if it's ever challenged.

  2. The right signer

Identity confirmed and signing authority checked, before anything is signed.

  3. Easy to do right

The flow sets the order, the signers and the rules. Nobody has to remember them.

  4. Time back

No printing, no scanning, no chasing. Reminders do the follow-up for you.

eIDAS decides which signatures hold up. We build to it.

A signature nobody verified proves nothing. eIDAS sets one EU standard, with three levels of proof, and every Verified signature is built to it. As eIDAS 2 rolls out, the system moves with the rules.

  • What level of electronic signature do I need?

It depends on the stakes. Simple suits internal approvals, advanced covers most commercial agreements, and qualified carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. Verified eSign supports all three.

  • Is a Verified signature legally binding?

Yes, under eIDAS across the EU/EEA. Every signature carries a full audit trail (who signed, how they were identified, and when), so it holds up if it's ever challenged.

  • How is signer identity confirmed?

BankID and other Nordic eIDs, passport reader or SMS, depending on the flow and the level of assurance the document needs. You can also lock a document to a specific personal number.

  • Can you check that the signer has the right to sign?

Yes. Right to sign checks official registers to confirm the signer holds signing authority for the company, before the document goes out.

  • What does eIDAS 2 mean for us?

eIDAS 2 is rolling out across the EU, including the EU Digital Identity Wallet. Verified builds to the regulation as it develops, so your signing flows keep up without you having to rebuild them.

  • Can we build custom signing flows via API?

Yes. One API covers document creation, routing, signing and status tracking, so you can embed eSign directly into your own product.

  • Where is signed document data stored?

In the EU, in Stockholm, encrypted in transit and at rest. ISO 27001-certified.

  • Can we use our own branding on signing pages?

Yes. Public and private templates are fully brandable.
