As AMLR draws closer and demand for compliance technology accelerates, Verified is expanding its leadership team. Susanne Mideklint joins as Chief Growth Officer, Luisa Stock as Chief Product Officer, and Christian Erlandson steps in as Chair of the Board.
Building on a strong foundation
The next chapter began in January, when Sofia Alexus took over as CEO. Recruited by Verdane to accelerate the company's growth, she joined from SaaS company Kundo, where she led the business from loss to profitability. She has also held commercial leadership positions at Airmee and Trustly.
Susanne Mideklint, Chief Growth Officer
Susanne brings extensive experience in strategy, M&A and business growth. She previously served as a Partner at Eidra and Curamando and built and led a strategic incubator at Hubexo, a business operating in more than 20 markets.
At Verified, she is responsible for driving growth across the business, including go-to-market, customer teams and the acquisition agenda.
"The commercial potential in Verified is enormous," says Susanne. "More industries are coming under AML regulation, and for our customers, that isn't a choice, it's a requirement. Verified already has a strong position and products that solve a real need. Now we're building the growth engine to scale, both organically and through acquisitions."
Luisa Stock, Chief Product Officer
Luisa spent twelve years at Klarna, working across AML, KYC and financial crime prevention. Starting as an analyst, she went on to lead Klarna's global KYC product, gaining firsthand experience in building compliance products at scale and navigating evolving regulatory requirements.
At Verified, she leads product strategy, the product organisation and the company's AI-first initiative.
"With the EU's Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) coming into effect in July 2027, our customers are facing significant changes," says Luisa. "The new framework brings more harmonised requirements across the EU. My focus is making sure our customers are prepared, and that our product makes compliance easier to manage, not more complicated."
Christian Erlandson, Chair of the Board
Christian brings extensive international experience across data, information services and technology. He is the former CEO of Dun & Bradstreet UK, has held senior positions at Thomson Reuters and GfK, and currently chairs regtech company Vixio.
His experience adds further industry expertise as Verified prepares for its next phase of growth.

Preparing customers for what's ahead
The EU's Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) will apply from 10 July 2027, introducing a more harmonised regulatory framework across the EU. Businesses will need to prepare for changes to areas including customer due diligence, beneficial ownership and ongoing monitoring.
With Luisa Stock leading product, Verified is strengthening its ability to help customers navigate these changes. Her experience building KYC products at scale brings valuable insight into what businesses need to manage compliance effectively.
